Join us as we welcome Pierpaolo Guerra from the esteemed Capezzana Estate on June 8th for a special wine dinner. Capezzana Estate is in Tuscany’s Carmignano region. Certified organic since 2015, the emphasis on soil health is inextricably tied to the wine's ability to communicate a sense of place. The wines showcase power and depth and distinctive of the historic Carmignano region. Chef Sara Woods created a delicious menu featuring dishes such as fig-braised duck crespelle and a rich ragù of beef neck, trotters, and tripe.
Founded in 1400s, it has passed through several owners in its several hundred years of history and currently owned by the Bonacossi Family. Few wineries in the world possess the stature, respect and devotion that the Contini Bonacossi family has cultivated and maintained over five generations with their Tenuta di Capezzana winery.
Special retail wine offerings will also be available.
