Champagne + Crudo Dinner
Enoteca Chef Devon Chase and Nostrana Sous Chef/Macellaio Rob Roy have joined forces to put together a menu of all things raw, paired with 5 pours of Champagne from Pierre Gerbais. From fish, to beef and vegetables, dishes have been chosen to delicately grace your palate and finely complement the Champagnes of Pierre Gerbais.
From the importer: Champagne Pierre Gerbais is a fourth generation domaine in the Aube. It is spearheaded today by the 20-something Aurélien Gerbais, a handsome-nerdy-hipster winemaker who is unnervingly self-assured for his age, yet soft-spoken and humble. At Gerbais, there are old vines, organic vineyard management, intelligence, respect, passion, relevance, training and drive enough to take this house to the very top of a small band of visionary Champagne makers.
Tickets include a seat at our communal table to enjoy a 4-course crudo dinner paired with sparkling wines. $129/person.
The fine print:
This dinner offers a menu of regionally-specific food and wine that have been paired to create an experience with winemaker interaction for all guests. Dietary restrictions or substitutions cannot and will not be offered. Seats are sold for the full menu, as-is, which include food and wine, plus 20% service.
The dinner will take place on the mezzanine of Enoteca Nostrana, accessible only by a short set of stairs. If you have issues with access, please reach out as soon as possible.
