A Convivial French Feast with Wines from the Rosenthal Wine Merchant Portfolio
When Cathy Whims cooked her first dinner at the Beard House in NYC in the mid 1990's, legendary importer Neal Rosenthal was present to pair wines.
Rosenthal has built a portfolio based upon the idea of wine as an agricultural product and that in its best and purest form wine must reflect a specific sense of place.
Representing the importer, Ben Andersen joins us to tell the stories of featured wines predicated upon these ideals.
Tickets include a seat at our communal table to enjoy a 4-course dinner paired with 4 wines. $119/person
