ernst is a intimate dining experience focused on sourcing the best produce from Berlin and the surrounding region. We believe in working directly with farmers using only the best techniques in handling and preparation, serving dishes that, as always, reflect the sensitivity of the seasons and the tireless efforts of the people that work the land and the sea. When produce is pristine, less is more.
