Ethereal Confections is Illinois' premier bean to bar chocolate company with a menagerie of experiences to be had. Our food forward cafe offers craft cocktails, coffee drinks and alcoholic pairings with our chocolate. Our event space hosts a rotating selection of unique events, from jam making to movie nights. In our basement is Emerson and Oliver, our classic era speakeasy that is modern and timeless.
