First course- Lobster Bisque with grilled garlic bread. Paired with Hannah (Juicy Wheat Ale).
Second course- Spinach and blueberry salad with Balsamic dressing, glazed pecans, goat cheese, avocado, and mint chiffonade. Paired with Tursi Pilsner (Italian Pilsner).
Third course- New York Strip steak (served medium) with garlic shrimp. Served with twice baked potatoes, roasted carrots and broccolini. Paired with Fernando's Revenge (barrel-aged nut-brown ale).
Fourth course- Chocolate covered strawberries with G.G. infused chocolate and marshmallow whipped cream. Paired with G.G. (Dark Lager, Dunkel).
