We welcome you to our Tasting Room where the fireplace warms the air and soft candlelight illuminates the table. A plated dinner, including 4 courses, will be paired with the perfect wine. Romance and sophistication will be in abundance.
This event is catered by Jenna, Chef & owner of 61 Main, & the wine selection by our winemaker, McKenzie. This plated dinner will delight your palate while providing the ambiance of love. The menu is constructed with aphrodisiac foods, with every course containing love inspiring ingredients.
Let us introduce you to your 4 courses:
Soup: Roasted Red Bell Pepper Bisque paired with our Pinot Gris, Modern Culture. (GF)
Salad: Kale-Broccoli crunch salad with creamy Parmesan dressing paired with our Chardonnay, Amber Fields. (GF, NF)
Entrée: Red Wine braised Beef Short Rib served with a pink peppercorn Bernaise sauce. Lobster Risotto (GF), Shiitake mushrooms and Brussel sprouts on the side. Paired with our Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot blend, 1812
Dessert: Chocolate Pound Cake with Raspberry Sauce & Whipped Mascarpone paired with our Red Zinfandel, Crowned Champion.
Dinner service begins at 7:30 pm. Doors open at 7 pm. We look forward to seating you then.
Each ticket includes (1) four course, chef crafted meal and wine pairing. If you are attending in a group, please email info@faintinggoatvineyards.com and inform us as to the last names of the other parties you will want to be seated with.
To keep this event exclusive and romantic, seating is extremely limited. All ticket sales end 2 days prior to the event. We highly suggest not waiting until the last moment to purchase tickets. This event sold out quickly last year.
