Pastry Class: Chocolate Truffle Workshop

Learn the history and basic techniques used in creating and molding hand rolled truffles. Our pastry team will guide you through making ganaches, jams, and the secret inclusions that make these treats so decadent.

Includes recipe cards and box of truffles for each guest to take home. Children age 6 and older are welcome. Guests ages 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Exclusive of service charge and tax.

Capacities have been reduced to ensure physical distancing consistent with current CDC guidelines. No utensils shall be shared for any culinary classes. Events have been modified to eliminate communal/sharing meals and will include only individually plated meals until further notice.
