William Bradley is the Chef/Director of Addison, San Diego’s first two-star Michelin restaurant. At Addison, Bradley showcases the beauty and allure of California Gastronomy through an experience that celebrates regional ingredients and influences.
Since 2006, the purity and precision of Bradley’s approach has led to global recognition for the restaurant and his San Diego hometown. Addison is among only 80 Relais & Châteaux restaurants worldwide, and, in addition to its Michelin designation, is the first and only restaurant in San Diego to be honored on La Liste, an international ranking system and guide. The destination has consistently received Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star accolades since 2009, as well as the highest recognition from Wine Spectator.
Bradley, a four-time James Beard Award nominee, was named the U-T Chef of the Year by The San Diego Union Tribune in 2014, won Robb Report’s Culinary Masters Competition that same year, and has served on the Council for Bocuse d’Or USA since 2013.
