A native to Chicago, Courtney was drawn to the restaurant industry as a teenager. After a brief career in Human Resources, Courtney attended the International Culinary Center and honed her philosophy as a chef and mentor. She has worked at acclaimed restaurants all over the world, including Verjus and Buvette in Paris and Jon & Vinny’s, the Los Angeles critically acclaimed restaurant group, where she served as Culinary Director for six years. After leaving Jon & Vinny's to start Coco's to Go-Go, her own private events and catering business, she also joined her brother Christopher Storer in the making of FX’s hit show The Bear as Culinary Producer.
