Chef Nini Nguyen, based in New Orleans, is a chef, instructor, and recipe developer. After honing her skills at top kitchens like Eleven Madison Park, she gained fame on Top Chef and Top Chef: All-Stars Los Angeles. Passionate about teaching, she created Đặc Biệt: An Extra Special Vietnamese Cookbook, blending her Vietnamese heritage with Louisiana flavors.
