Chef Michael Cimarusti's extensive knowledge and appreciation for seafood with an advocacy for sustainable fishing practices is evident in each dish he creates. At his flagship Providence, Cimarusti has created elegant and contemporary seafood-centric cuisine for over a decade, earning the 2019 James Beard Award for Best Chef: West and two highly coveted Michelin stars.
The evening's festivities will begin with the debut and tasting of Nikolas & Julia Krankl's wine label, FÆTHM, paired with hors d'oeuvres from Nancy Silverton's culinary team. A family-style "seafood feast" by Cimarusti will feature some of the treasures of our local ocean waters and will include sommelier-curated wine pairings. Exclusive of tax and service charge.
