Calling all engineers, machine-heads, and beer geeks: Have you ever wondered what a 100-bbl brewhouse looks like from the inside? How does a reverse osmosis system keep up with our 100-bbls brewhouse? Well, brewing high-quality beers requires the combination of world-class ingredients, top-notch personnel, AND a lot of bespoke equipment—this hands-on engineering tour gives you a window into how these three components come together in the beer-making process. Faubourg’s Facility Engineer, Dave Jackson, leads these limited tours once per month through the entire brewhouse, cellar, and back-of-house. His in-depth knowledge of our equipment, power requirements, and automation systems is a treat for anyone mechanically inclined. Tours are scheduled for 60 minutes but usually last 75 minutes with tour participant engagement strongly encouraged. Ticket comes with tour admission and two pints of beer.
Closed toed shoes are required; eye-protection is provided by Faubourg.
