Our pop-up dining series is unlike any other. Settle into the kitchen counter for a communal dining experience featuring the cuisine of Chef Ross Florance. Guests sit at a counter overlooking the kitchen and watch as Ross and his team prepare an 8-11 course tasting menu with beverage pairing. The courses on the tasting menu change to reflect products in season. Florance's cuisine is very close to nature and takes great inspiration from the changing seasonal vegetation, seafood, and meat....
