Chef Azar has created a sophisticated menu to highlight Beverage Director Marlowe Johnson's gin cocktails featuring Waterloo Gin. This dinner will be interactive with a representative from Waterloo Gin who will speak about their product, the underlying notes in each of their gins, and their production process. A Vietnamese Asian-family style five-course menu will be prepared by Chef Azar that pairs wonderfully with Waterloo Gin. You will be surprised how gin compliments Vietnamese cuisine.
