Celebrate Valentine’s Day with a special four-course dinner in our toasty warm, newly renovated beer garden. It’s an evening of great food, good vibes, and the Flying Fish charm you love—elevated for this romantic occasion.
The Menu
First Course (Shared):
*1 Dozen Oysters
A delightful mix of Pacific Northwest varieties.
Second Course: (Each guest will choose their own salad)
*Petite Roasted Beet Salad
Fresh greens, citrus, goat cheese, pistachios, and a white balsamic honey vinaigrette.
*Petite Butter Lettuce Salad
Butter lettuce with radishes, tarragon, chervil, and blue cheese.
Third Course: (Each guest will choose their own entrée)
*Yellowfin Au Poivre
Seared yellowfin tuna with black pepper, wild mushrooms, spinach, and celeriac.
*Local Heritage Pork Chop
Pan-seared pork chop with creamy mamaliga, arugula, and grana cheese.
*Ora King Salmon
Seared salmon with potatoes, lentils, aromatics, and herb butter.
Fourth Course (Shared):
*Basque Cheesecake
Rich cheesecake served with ganache and a berry shrub.
Beverages:
A specially curated wine and cocktail list will be available for purchase, featuring bubbles, white wines, and classic cocktails thoughtfully selected to complement your dinner.
