On April 4th & 5th, join Chef Eli & his wife Rachel for an exclusive dining experience at Folklore Provisions. Each evening will feature a multi-course tasting menu inspired by Eli's first culinary inspiration (other than his mom of course) Alice Waters. In 1971 she opened Chez Panisse Café in Berkeley, CA, famous for it's role in creating the farm to table movement and pioneering "California cuisine".
Guests will enjoy a total of 5 courses throughout the evening. A thoughtfully curated beer & wine list will also be available with mocktails, espresso drinks & more. The seating will be family style to encourage community, connection, & lively conversation! Guests will also receive special parting gifts & treats to take home!
