Comadre Cocina, located in the Folksbier Tasting Room, sources unique ingredients directly from Oaxaca to bring authentic Oaxacan food to Brooklyn, NY. Chef Zack Wangeman explores rare ingredients and pairs them with locally crafted beer from the Folksbier Brauerei. This ever changing dining experience will take place once a month in the private setting of the Folksbier brewery.
