An 8 course tasting menu of fished & foraged ingredients sourced by the owners from around northern California, with an optional wine pairing of 4 sommelier selected Pacific Northwest wines for an additional $50.
Chef David and Chef Nik have been in the ocean and foraging the woods for as long as they can remember. In their 8 course meals they play with hyper seasonal ingredients not always known to the public, prepared after a decade between them of Michelin stared restaurant kitchen experience.
They invite the chefs and service staff they've worked over the years to collaborate with them to make the menu more and more special with each event.
