Pull up a seat in Eileen's Bar and enjoy world-class cocktails by our Creative Director of Drinks James Irvine and Made-From-Gin snacks created by Chef Matt Wilkinson. Or experience a Gin Workshop in our Gin Lab, complete with a working copper gin still. You can also stock up on all your favourite Four Pillars gins, marmalades and other gin-related bits and pieces in our Gin Shop.
