FOWLMOUTH is a private dining club based in New Orleans, Louisiana. We serve a fixed price, multi course menu inspired by the chinchorros- or beachside food and drink stalls - of Puerto Rico. We build upon this subset of Puerto Rican cuisine by focusing on grilled and live-fire preparations while incorporating influences from some of our favorite cuisines around the world.
