Enjoy one hour of yoga at Fox Meadow Vineyards held by the vines with a view of the Blue Ridge mountains. You will enjoy a guided light vinyasa yoga class with Laura Ruby of Ruby Yoga and a flight of four wines is included for you to sit back and relax after yoga. Bring your mat and a bottle of water.
**Yoga will be held rain or shine** If there is extreme heat/humidity, we will move the class inside the tasting room. If it rains, we will hold the class inside or on the deck under cover.
