FRASCA 20: Frasca Food and Wine 20th Anniversary Series
The slate of 20th-anniversary events throughout 2024 will honor the community that has shaped, informed, and inspired us. We’ll be celebrating with chefs who influenced us long before Frasca was open and chefs who, although geographically far away, feel like family.
These events will be celebratory and exceptionally intimate, only offering one seating per night in communal-style seating. Each night will feature a thoughtfully curated tasting menu with wine pairings.
DINNER TWO: An Evening with Gregory Gourdet
In the next installment of our Frasca 20 series, we're humbled to welcome Chef Gregory Gourdet back into the Frasca kitchen. Chef Gourdet joined us back in 2021 as a guest chef, and we couldn’t be more honored to have him back as his culinary genius continues to inspire us.
Chef Gregory lives in Portland, OR and is the Executive Chef of James Beard Award-winning Kann, a wood-fired Haitian concept and Sousòl, a Pan-Caribbean cocktail bar that both honor culture and the seasons in a healthy and sustainable way.
