Join us for a FREE Community Yoga Flow + Gentle Yoga Class brought to you by our partners at the Apex Center. :)
Flow Yoga Class will be a mixture of meditation, breath-work, and energizing movement. Participants will begin with gentler movements to warm-up the body, then move into progressively more challenging flowing sequences. Movements include standing poses, balances, inversions, and peak poses. All Levels Welcome.
