Frog's Leap and the Napa Valley Wine Library Association present 'The Art of Eating: The Life of M.F.K. Fisher.' Learn about the dramatic life and lasting impact of California Food Writer M.F.K. Fisher.
Over the course of her long career, Fisher elevated cooking from a domestic chore to a critical study of what it means to be human, introducing continental sensibilities to California’s burgeoning culinary world and transforming the traditional background figure of a woman in the kitchen into a living, breathing subject with dazzling ideas, and insatiable appetites.
Join us on the Vineyard House lawn for this panel discussion and outdoor film screening; your ticket includes a selection of Frog’s Leap wines poured throughout the evening and fresh popcorn for snacking. Fancy Savage's wood-fired oven will be cooking up fresh pizzas for purchase separately. No outside food, 21+ only, please. Dressing in layers is recommended.
