Smoke Sessions with Chef Jup. Kicking off our monthly smoke session series with guest Chef Henry Cai of 3LittlePigChi & Loch Lomond scotch. $59/person (before tax/gratuity) includes smoked Wagyu beef, chicken & pork dishes and scotch cocktails, bringing together the flavors of smoke from regions around the world. Dishes will be featured on the dinner menu all month long and 10% of tickets will go to a monthly charity. This month, proceeds will go to Impact Culinary Training. Menu items: Smoked Wagyu Beef Cheek Carnitas, Smoked Chicken Shawarma and 3 Little Pigs signature dish, Smoked Pork Ribs.
