Join author Michelle Wildgen for a Garver Wine Dinner inspired by her book, "Wine People." Michelle will join guests for the dining experience while also reading passages from her book throughout the meal. Additionally, local winemaker, Erin Rasmussen from American Wine Project, will join us to speak about her wines featured in the dinner.
The dinner will feature 4 courses plus dessert from the Garver Kitchen and six wines in the Garver Canvas art gallery. 2oz wine pairings will accompany each course for an especially unique dining experience in one of Garver Feed Mill's coolest spaces.
Books will be available for purchase and author available for signing.
