Neo is an Omakase experience that includes complimentary beverages. Our menu highlights seasonality and is influenced by a spectrum of cultures and techniques. We center our progression around our dry-aging program. We also source ingredients from around the world, while specializing in working with local purveyors.

Reservations will be released the first Monday of every month, for the following month. Our menu is thoughtfully curated which leaves little room for substitutions. We will politely decline severe dietary restrictions. For parties of 10, please reach out to us 30+ days in advance of your desired reservation date to ensure accommodation.
