Neo is an Omakase experience that includes complimentary beverages. Our menu highlights seasonality and is influenced by a spectrum of cultures and techniques. We center our progression around our dry-aging program. We also source ingredients from around the world, while specializing in working with local purveyors.

Our menu is thoughtfully curated which leaves little room for substitutions. We will politely decline severe dietary restrictions. At this time, we will not be able to accommodate celiac restrictions No children/infants and/or any additional guests that will not be dining will be permitted to join the event.
