Found down a hidden stairway at the back of MINE Craft Sushi, GONGO 五合 is our intimate "speakeasy" lounge in a sleek yet welcoming setting, where guests can enjoy an outstanding drink selection that features Japanese-inspired craft cocktails (and mocktails), fine sake, shōchū, spirits, and wine. Reinterpreting traditional Japanese flavors, our innovative seasonal menu of sakana (drinking foods) ensures that each visit is a fresh, delectable, and memorable experience.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, our food service at Gongo is temporarily paused on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Please note that our full drinks service and light snacks will be available to you on those evenings.
