The time has come for the annual indulgence of bourbon blessings from our friends in Frankfort, Kentucky! We've combined this year's supply with our reserved portfolio of Pappy and friends from past years, creating a curated selection of six rare and exceptional whiskeys to be paired with six courses from the mind of Good Luck executive chef Dan Martello.
Pappy Van Winkle Family Reserve is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey produced by a partnership 200 years in the making at Buffalo Trace Distillery. The presence of wheat in Pappy's roster of grains allows it to take on complex yet supple characteristics during aging - no bourbon can boast a cachet like the one this whiskey has earned amongst connoisseurs and enthusiasts alike.
Three expressions of Van Winkle (10-, 12- and 15-year) will be served, along with distinguished cousins from the distillery including EH Taylor, Thomas Handy Sazerac Rye, and Peerless Bourbon as an extra indulgence. Complimenting your dinner will be hand-rolled cigars, as well as a backdrop of live music.
Arrival is at 6 p.m. (dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m.) at the Jackrabbit Club. Ticket price includes six-course dinner, bourbon pairings, hospitality and tax.
