Pasta. The context is familiar, but the execution will be one-of-a-kind. The hallowed trio of flour, water and egg will showcase our culinary creativity through the lens of the delicious cooking traditions of Emilia-Romagna. A traditional tableau will provide the backdrop for unique, seasonal inflection across a five-course meal.
Chef Dan Martello and Chef Aaron Crane will present a tasting experience anchored in house made pastas, demonstrating both traditional and trending techniques. Cocktails, wine and beer will be available a la carte with suggestions to pair.
The Pasta Dinners: Emilia-Romagna will take place on Wednesday, February 23 at 6:00pm (dinner served at 6:30pm) at Jackrabbit Club, located next door to Good Luck. Ticket includes five-course dinner with hospitality and tax.
