A favorite seasonal celebration of myriad gourds returns for 2019! Finger Lakes produce provided by local farmers will give Chef Dan Martello and team the opportunity to craft delicious cucurbitas into multiple dishes rooted in varied cultures and countries of origin. Menus are unique to each evening, and paired with fine wines curated by our in-house sommelier.
The Squash Dinners will be held 6:30 p.m. (dinner served at 7 p.m.) on 11/7 and 11/21 at the Good Luck Chef's Table. Ticket price includes five-course dinner, wine pairings, hospitality and tax.
