Escape the bleak midwinter blues with Good ol' fashioned carb loading.
Chef Dan Martello and crew will present a five-course experience of house made pasta dishes that demonstrate both traditional and trending techniques. The hallowed trio of flour, water and (sometimes) egg will showcase the Good Luck kitchen team's creativity through dishes of all shapes, rooted in multiple styles, cultures and countries of origin. Menus will be unique to each night, written by Chef to best complement the qualities of a particular week's produce. Exceptional, eclectic wines will be chosen by sommelier JJ Cutaia to complement each course.
The Pasta Dinners will take place on both Thursday, March 12 and Thursday, March 19 at 6 p.m. (dinner served at 6:30 p.m.) at the Good Luck Chef's Table.
Ticket price includes five-course dinner, wine pairings, hospitality and tax.
