GOZU is a tasting experience deeply focused on elevating the Wagyu breed while displaying its versatility and nuance through the craft of robata and the preparation of the animal in its entirety.

If you are booking less than three days in advance and/or if you have a severe allergy we ask that you contact info@gozusf.com.*Due to the nature of our restaurant and the prevalence of beef and soy products in our menu, we are unable to adjust for vegetarian/vegan, and strict gluten free diets. We’ve taken significant steps to protect our diners including staff vaccinations, stringent sanitation protocols and the installation of HEPA filtration. We are the first restaurant in the US to use hospital grade UV sterilization through our partnership with UV Guardian.
