Often described as meditation in motion, Tai Chi promotes serenity through a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion and promoting increased flexibility and balance.
The first workshop on July 25 is a gentle introduction to the grace of Tai Chi, teaching introduction moves.
The second workshop on August 22 builds on the foundational knowledge of the first workshop.
