Chef Series Cooking Class, presented by S.Pellegrino and a very special guest, Graham Elliot! Join us at 6pm on March 11, 2021 as Chef Giuseppe Tentori and Chef Graham Elliot walk you through our surf and turf menu for the evening. For the turf portion, they will demonstrate how to make beef with mushrooms, fingerling potatoes, crème fraîche and dill. For our surf portion of the evening, you will learn how to make shrimp with avocado, passion fruit and plantains. This is a class you do NOT want to miss!
Once you confirm your class, you will be sent a private Zoom link to join the class at the scheduled time. Feel free to bring your questions and chat directly with Chef Tentori and Chef Elliot! They will guide you along ensuring a fun experience and flawless meal from start to finish. Optional wine pairings for the evening are offered, as well.
Serves 2. Pick up in store at GT Fish and Oyster from 11am - 5pm the day of the event, and local delivery available to Chicago and surrounding suburbs.
