A very special Christmas feast offering.
A bunch of courses featuring a very special five year old dairy cow from our very good friend Etienne Cote, the man behind Hillcrest Farms in the Comox Valley as well as BC 100 percent Wagyu and big Duke beef. This will all be dry aged for between 14 and 90 days and served in so many ways for you to try.
$25 deposit but tickets are $100 payable the night of the event after dinner as normal!
