Join us for a very unique and memorable fall dinner experience, as Chef Sarah Rennie of Two Fire Table spends the day on-site cooking up seasonal dishes to highlight Virginia fall produce. With flavors that are a bit of a nod toward Central and South America, Two Fire Table prides itself on sourcing as many ingredients as possible from local purveyors. This meal will be served family-style and paired with the wines of Hark Vineyards in celebration of Virginia Wine Month!
Dinner begins at 5pm, and will be served in the vineyard with gorgeous mountain views. The specific menu will be determined by the chef a little closer to the date based on produce availability. Below is a sample of the items you can expect:
Grilled chorizo, red wine, honey
Mushroom bruschetta, cream, sage
Local greens, goat cheese, pear, grilled dates
Slow roasted whole chickens with jalapeno crema
Coal roasted squash, Mexican chilis, swiss chard
Local apple galette
Age 21+ only
To make this event feasible in the time of COVID, tickets are being sold on a per-table basis only. This ensures you will be seated with people you have chosen, and with whom you can comfortably enjoy the event. Seating is very limited.
