Please Note: Hayato will be closed November 27th and 28th, Christmas Day, December 29th, January 1st - January 5th ALL RESERVATIONS ARE NON-TRANSFERRABLE. In order to stop the resale of reservations, it has become necessary for us to prohibit all reservation transfers. All first-time guests will be required to show photo ID that matches the Tock confirmation email generated at the time the reservation was made. Absolutely no exceptions will be made. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we believe this is in the best interest for all the guests trying to book themselves. Reservations are limited to once per month. As a courtesy to other guests trying to book, please do not attempt to book more than one reservation per month - any guest booking more than once per month will have all their reservations cancelled. Hayato has only one seating for a total of seven guests per night. Making a reservation during reservation release has become extremely difficult, as there are many, many more people trying to book than it is possible for us accommodate. There are simply not enough seats for everyone attempting to make a reservation. The majority of people attempting to book on the first of the month will inevitably be unsuccessful. The use of bots, scripts, and alternative methods of booking reservations is a violation of the Tock Terms of Use, and individuals who engage in such activity will have their reservation cancelled and permanently restricted.
