Hewn is an independently owned bakery that focuses on hand hewn, naturally fermented breads and pastries, crafted from local grains. We deliver freshly baked breads and pastries from our Evanston Bakehouse to the Libertyville outpost every Wednesday-Sunday.

We are sold out of St. Patricks Day orders. A limited quantity of items will be available for walk-in sales March 15-17th.
