The Nelson Cottage by High West offers a prix-fixe menu created weekly by our chefs featuring the best of what Utah has to offer! The dinner is served with optional whiskey pairings to complement each course. We also have an ever-changing wine list available by the glass or bottle and offer a small selection of beers. We suggest you arrive up to 30 minutes prior to your reservation time to enjoy an included welcome cocktail on our outdoor patio before dinner service begins.

Our seasonal closure will begin Sunday, November 12th. We'll open for our Whiskey Prix-Fixe Dinners on Thursday, December 7th. Reservations become available 30 days in advance. We look forward to seeing you during the Winter Season!
