Reservation/Cancellation policies: ***Hina Yakitori will be closing! We would love to see our friends, old and new, before our closure.*** - Your reservation may be cancelled up until 3 days prior to the time of your reservation for a full refund. Refunds will not be offered for cancellations within the 3 day period prior to your reservation. Reservations may be transferred at any time. - Please be on time for your reservation. Arriving promptly will ensure a complete dining experience, and avoid missing any tasting menu courses. We will hold your reservation for a maximum of 15 minutes. After that period, your reservation will be cancelled and subject to our cancellation policy above. - Reservations are pre-paid and carry a 20% service charge that goes directly to staff. - For separate day of charges (beverages, etc.), a 20% gratuity to staff will be added to parties of 5 or more. - Your party size is final when a reservation is made. We ask that you do not make multiple reservations with the intent to be seated together as this requires one single reservation. - For large party bookings of 5+ guests or buyouts, please email us at info@hinasf.com. - For parties of 1, please email us at info@hinasf.com. - Seatings are limited to 2 hours. - Corkage is $80 per bottle, 2 bottle maximum.
