In 2007 we decided to make a dramatic change in the way we farm. The decision to uproot our sour cherries as well as some other trees allowed for much needed space for the planting of young vines. After much research and listening to advice offered from reputable friends in the winemaking industry, Cabernet Franc and Riesling were chosen as the best contenders for our flag-ship varietals.
