Cuate [ˈkwat̪e] is a 10-seat Mexican Omakase pop-up series by Hunger Street, hosted weekly at The Heavy in Winter Park. This series will continue to drive our mission to highlight and celebrate Mexican food, culture and art by providing a modern chef lead experience focused on Mexico’s traditions.
