October brings cooler weather and it is time to celebrate the changing season with Hush Keller’s October Event. Our 16 course omakase dinners feature the best seasonal fish available. The October 17 seating is designed for those who love a traditional omakase experience alongside pairings with 6 of the world’s most unique wines. Master Sommelier Aaron Patrick has curated these wines from across the finest vineyards in the world and paired with Executive Chef-Owner Tommy Zheng’s delightful fish selections, we offer a truly unique expression of the omakase experience in the heart of Old Town Keller.
Guests gather for the evening at 6:00 pm for cocktails around the Hush Bar. Dinner seating initiates promptly at 6:45 in our beautifully appointed Omakase Room in the VIP section of our restaurant. Dinner concludes at 9:30 with an after party for those who wish to stay, at the Hush Cocktail Bar.
Tickets are $250/per person and includes one seat for the 16 course omakase and 6 wines. Tickets can be reserved with a $50, non-refundable deposit with the balance to be paid at the end of the event.
