HUSO located on 81st and Madison Avenue, is a fine casual caviar restaurant located inside Marky’s Caviar retail shop. Top Chef Season 19 winner, Chef Buddha Lo applies contemporary techniques to execute opulent dishes highlighting caviar with every course, including dessert.
