Sensory analysis of wines is a learned skill, and we often do not get the chance to taste aged wines. (We know that we can't keep wine around long enough! :)) Join Level 4 WSET educator, Joe Paradise as he opens up the world of aging wines. Wines are a living thing, and every chance that you get to encounter that same bottle it has evolved. Enjoy tasting a local Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir, Alsatian Riesling, wines from Loire valley, Bordeaux and Piemonte. This unique class will be a fun one for sure!
