For August Sunday School – Sunday, August 7 at 4 pm — we are going to take you on a lip-smacking and frizzante ride through all of the fun and fizzy delights of Emilia-Romagna!
Expect the most perfumed and delicate Sangiovese you've ever encountered, and Lambrusco of all kinds. In addition, we'll also be shaving the *real-deal-Holyfield* Mortadella from the region (with pistachios, of course), curling Sol di Brun Parmigiano Reggiano and finishing it with Extra-Vecchio Balsamic from Modena, and shaving 24-month Prosciutto di Parma from Pio Tossini... It's gonna be lit like a bic.
And of course, these wines and provisions will all be available to purchase at Ciao Bruto after the tasting.
