This special menu will be a culinary collaboration between Il Brutto's own Chef Erind and Chef Alessandro Taras of the Argiolas Estate.

About Chef Alessandro Taras: Alessandro started his career as a chef very young, following in the footsteps of his father and uncle. His approach to gourmet cuisine starts after an experience in a Micheline Star restaurant; since then, his constant research of ingredients, raw materials and new techniques helped him create his own catering and banqueting business in 2006. On the day of his thirtieth birthday, he began working with the Argiolas family, becoming resident chef for the winery and all its related events, traveling with the estate throughout Italy, the USA, and far beyond, developing and curating culinary experiences in places like Miami, Naples, Atlanta, Charleston, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Boulder, Vail, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and more.
